Let me introduce myself. My name is Josefien, and I am the proud owner of Madam, where beautiful designer handbags and accessories find a second life.

Who am I?

Josefien, 33, based in Ghent with West-Flemish roots. I’ve been professionally involved in what’s visually appealing for 15 years, first in the graphic sector and later in retail. My love for aesthetics goes beyond my work. I have a passion for all things beautiful. This includes a wide range of things: fashion, food, (interior) design, travel, people... anything that pleases the eye and touches the heart.

Madam became a new passion eight years ago, initially as a side business and, after five years, as a full-fledged entrepreneur.
