At MADAM Gent, you can consign your luxury pieces through our showroom in Ghent, free pick-up service, or by sending them directly. Once sold, you receive between 50% and 80% of the final selling price, depending on the value of the item. Every piece is expertly authenticated, and items remain on consignment for three months. Payment is processed 30 days after the item is sold.

How does selling with MADAM work?

1. Visit us your way
You're welcome to drop by our boutique in Ghent during opening hours, book an appointment, or request a free home pickup—whatever works best for you.

2. Authentication & pricing
Every item is thoroughly authenticated. Together, we set a fair and realistic selling price based on current market value.

3. Presentation & promotion
We photograph your pieces professionally and promote them through our webshop, social media, and in-store displays.

4. Sale & payout
Once your item sells, you receive up to 80% of the selling price.

Commission structure:

• Under €500 → you receive 50%

• Between €500 and €1500€ → you receive 60%

• Between €1500 and €3000 → you receive 70%

• Above €3000 → commission is agreed upon individually (minimum 75%)

Chanel, Dior, Hermès, Yves Saint Laurent, Givenchy, Balenciaga, Louis Vuitton, Delvaux, Céline, Gucci, Prada, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi, and more.
